Jim Guo is the Founder and CEO of Ollleaders LLC.  Leveraging over 28 years of leadership experience from his tenure at DuPont, where he successfully managed turnaround and growth scenarios with P&L responsibilities ranging from $150 million to $4 billion, Jim brings deep expertise across a broad array of highly engineered specialty materials, industrial sectors, and global markets

As Vice President at DuPont, Jim not only oversaw the Asia Pacific region (except Greater China), representing $4 billion sales with 4,500 employees, but also led high-impact, enterprise-level M&A activities. This included directing the strategic integration of the 'New' DuPont and its spin-off from the DowDuPont merger, a $130 billion transaction - the largest in the history of the chemical industry. Additionally, Jim played a key role in the divestitures of DuPont’s Nutrition & Biosciences business to IFF ($26.2 billion EV) and the Mobility & Materials business to Celanese ($11 billion EV).

Jim combines strategic vision with operational execution, demonstrating a consistent leadership ability to build cohesive, high-performing teams that achieve superior business outcomes. He excels at leveraging global resources, driving innovation, while generating cost efficiencies in volatile environments. Known for his agility and decisiveness, Jim has a reputation for actively listening, identifying market opportunities, and navigating complexities and uncertainties to deliver impactful results.

Jim is a member of the Private Directors Association and has served as a director for the Grow Asia Business Council (a World Economic Forum organization) and Responsible Care Indonesia. He has also been affiliated with AmCham in both Taiwan and Indonesia, and SEMI, the global semiconductor industry association.

Jim holds an MS in Chemical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University, an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh, and a BS from National Taiwan University. He is a graduate of the Strategic Executive Program at The Wharton School and a certified Six Sigma Green Belt.

Residing in San Diego, California, with his wife, Jim has lived across various locations, including Pennsylvania, North Carolina, California, Delaware, Taiwan, and Indonesia. They have two adult children.
